2 - Our products
The Oumma Clothing online store sells women’s clothing, in particular abayas and khimars. The products are presented on the Site in a clear and detailed manner. Product photographs may differ slightly from the product delivered.
3 - Prices and payment
Product prices are indicated on the Site in euros, all taxes included. Payment is made by credit card or PayPal. Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering.
4 - Delivery
Products are delivered to the address indicated by the customer at the time of ordering. Delivery times vary according to the products ordered and the destination. Delivery charges are payable by the customer and are indicated when the order is placed.
5 - Returns and refunds
Customers have 14 days from receipt of the products to exercise their right of withdrawal. Products must be returned in their original packaging and in perfect condition. The cost of returning the products is borne by the customer. If the right of withdrawal is exercised, reimbursement will be made as soon as possible and at the latest within 14 days of receipt of the returned products.
